Oh, those Russians. It isn't that they don't know that the Arleigh Burke class of vessel was specifically designed to take out attacking aircraft, it's that they know détente has been a thing of the past since January of 2008, and they can buzz our vessels at sea, ping-tease our submarines, and aggressively move to re-annex our erstwhile Eastern European allies (I doubt they consider us much of an ally any longer since we've removed our missile defenses that were put in place to protect them from the Russians) as they please.
That "Peace Dividend" sure did pay out quickly, didn't it?
