Good Morning Everyone!

It's a beautiful sunny morning here & it will be 55 degrees today.  We might hit 70 over the weekend.

Today I am working for my dad.  He has 19 white pine trees in 2 gallon containers that I will be planting.  I decided to only work 2 hours planting them so that I don't mess up my back & hands.  I am not sure how long it will take to get them all planted, it might take me a couple of days to finish.

You are wise, Roses - Years ago my wife had me plant 25 Leland Cypresses in two-gallon buckets to give us some privacy on the one side of our home that is next to another home, and some privacy from the street view into our back yard (which backs up on state forest), and I decided that as long as I had enough cold beer on hand I could get them all planted in one day.  Oh, the aches and pains for days after!

And now of course, those trees are 40 feet tall, and the shade from them is killing the neighbor's grass in a 4-foot wide strip, so I'm going to have to start paying someone to come out any top them at least once a year - They grow amazingly fast, and sink their roots deep, so I guess they've become a bother now.

Very wise to limit your labors to two hours, you'll thank yourself for it tomorrow!
