Cafe ergot/cabergoline?

My sister has been getting lots of head aches from her concussion last year. Interested if anyone knows a source I might could find with this med "cafe ergot" or "cabergoline". I find it much more natural as it is derived from fungus. It would be so helpful to find it any help is appreciated.
