I normally wouldn't do this. However, this latest order SWIM had with MM was simply outstanding. First, SWIM got a discount because he tried to order an item that was out of stock in the U.K. but the website hadn't updated. SWIM can't tell by the tracking but it was in Customs either 1hr40mins or 8hrs, hard understand stupid USPS.
SWIM has received numerous LL's from PK packages but has never had a package from the area before. A month or so ago He ordered a package from the U.K. and that took 11 days, 7 of those in Customs.

Regarding, dealing with MM it couldn't be any easier. Emails are responded to promptly. He's been a solid guy to SWIM for a few years now, and this post should have been made earlier on that alone.
