I can attest to the fact that Macro becomes a friend, not just a vendor very quickly - He's a gentleman in every way.  We're working out an issue on a (for me) rather large order right now that has us both puzzled, and with any other vendor it would be a "toil, toil, bubble and trouble" situation, but Macro's diligence in looking into the matter (this is an item I need rather quickly), I'm not stressing one bit - I've every assurance he is doing everything he can to track down the problem, and expect I'll see a resolution to it more quickly if I let the man go about his business rather than asking for daily updates.

Thanks for your due diligence, my friend - Once we get this squared away I suspect we'll be doing many more transactions - You are not only the only vendor here who has this item stocked regularly, but priced reasonably.
