I'm off work today, yesterday I felt like I'd been beaten up, my whole body was aching. Along with that was a stomach bug and non-stop sneezing. I felt like I was coming down with the flu and a sickness bug at the same time.
I had already decided to take today off (sick) before I'd even left work yesterday.
I'm doing the old 'salt, sugar, water' thing. No food. I think it's working on the stomach so that's good. Also, the aches and pains are subsiding too. I have no idea what they were about.
It's like a 36 hour super bug hit me- so I'm on the home straight, maybe in 6 hours I'll be back to normal. Very strange! Oh well, glad it didn't get worse...although I guess I'll find out tonight when I attempt food again.
