How to fight the come down from stimulants

,Ritalin i take on the regular basis,it does make me very active ,very concentrated,i get 50% more job done, then if i wouldnt take it ,however i have this excity or strong feeling of come down ,makes me a little paranoid ,aunxious....kind of this feeling when i look at the clock and ask myself WHEN WILL IT GO AWAY ?....
some kind of mild depression ....i dont know very very very nasty feeling i hate it but cannot give up my Ritalin ..

Any sugestions on this situation ?

Your post is hard to read, Bio.  Just a heads up....maybe try to write in sentences so we can read it easier.  I've found the following substances to help with comedown from uppers:

Valium (best)
other benzos (xanax, ativan, kpin)
Soma
Opiates

Sorry Breacher i didnt know if i broke the rule by posting that , however to me its not a recreational use tho...i kind of depend on those things and its really a problem to me the after effect, thats why i asked the advice and actually got some good ones on here .

Yes, using stims and benzos daily is dangerous.  You didn't necessarily break the rules, but some of the advice is on the fringe of recreational drug use talk.  I thought to say benzo use as a come down, but you don't want to do that as its a taxing combo on your body, specifically your heart.  You may be getting your script from an MD, so we don't know.
