If you don't get a TN through email make sure to login to your account on their site and open the order you're waiting on. He leaves messages regarding their statuses at the bottom of the page and often leaves the TN there.
I did that but the order status has not changed since April 17; it still shows that the original order is being processed.
Order status means nothing ... all my orders I've already rec'd still say processing. Do not worry - as long as you sent your funds and they have been picked up your pack will get to you. They have good packaging. I promise.
Did you find your TN in the area I told you to look?
This vendor is very cordial and affable but over a month has gone by now, a lot of back & froth emails have occurred and yet I am no closer to resolution than when this started a month ago.
Just to be clear, the vendor did indeed ship very quickly. I was impressed until I saw the contents. Not one of the three times I ordered was correct. Two of the three were not even the same class of meds I ordered. That is to say, without going into actual drug names, it was like ordering a pain reliever and getting an antibiotic! Whether it was intentional or not, all three items were the cheapest possible generic of their class, when in fact the items I ordered were clearly identified as premium brands by name.
The vendor agreed to re-ship the correct items and provide a TN within 48 hours. That was over a month ago and all that has occurred in the meantime is alot of back and forth emails, and a lot of wasted time. It was a relatively small order and if any more time is involved, I am simply going to write it off since I have already wasted way to much time with these back and forth emails.
I hope this vendor finally does the "right thing" which he keeps assuring me he will do, and since I have faith in someone until they prove otherwise, I'll be patient, but by the same token, I do not like being taken advantage of, and I am beginning to feel that way.
Make no mistake, I may be a newbie on this forum but I am an experienced buyer having purchased from quite a few vendors, some good, and some not so good. I know when I am being served well and when I am not. My expectations are not unreasonable.
I don't think DPM sells any brand name meds - mostly generic from what I've seen. Do not order based on the images they use as sometimes they do use Roche or Pfizer brand pictures but you will receive generic.
Well, technically everything a vendor sells should be branded. Even if it is generic, the packaging should identify the manufacturer . It would be pretty dangerous to buy a Rx item with no branding at all on the packaging. I recognize that most of what they carry is generic brands, but for this particular med there are no generic versions of it. That's why it's normally pretty difficult to get from an IOP.
Their website description clearly described it as the brand name item including its' trade name, strength and special "time released" characteristics. I even emailed them prior to purchase to confirm this and it was confirmed by them. So, when I received something entirely different I was pretty upset, and they agreed that they had made a shipping error and would re-ship.
The re-ship never happened. Then they promised a refund but no follow up on that for almost two weeks. Now they promise I will receive a "code" so I can pick up my finds locally, and that I will receive the code within seven days. So, we'll see.
