Sun screen may cause some cancers.Careful all.

i also used iodine in baby oil. my mother would freak. she never sat in sun. never. yet she got skin cancer on her face five times. Very difficult on her as she won a beauty contest, as women did not attend college and man was she angry about that, and looks mattered to me father and to me mother. way too much. it was curable. just scary.

My medical doctor sister, whom says she has spent less time in the sun than the average coal miner (we were organizers of coal miners in Ireland. Got the boot.) got skin cancer on her chest.

I think one has to not rely on the sun screen as much as we did. it comes off when a child sweats. or goes in water.

I think we have to be wise with sun.

I know it can damage one's eyes. But, I have seen people turn into walking pocket books by being in the sun way too much.

Nonetheless, with Lupus, I now use a cool fake tan/glow product, cuz elsewise i am so pale I look like i died last week. I don't think i did though. oh, just messing with ya.
