This is sick. There should be a statute of limitations solely for the sake of not perpetuating this witch-hunt.\
Things were done that should not have been. It was war. It also ended 2 generations ago. 70 years later, we are still dredging this up?
Those guilty, truly guilty, have lived their life bearing the knowledge of their choices.
Rooting out elderly enlisted Germans and trying desperately to place guilt on them? Revolting.
I am not being case-specific. Some are more complicit than others. But perpetuating this image of cultural victimization disgusts me.
No good can come of this.
