I know what you are talking about, my guess is tape residue left on from heat/travel. I would imagine that rubbing alcohol would remove the ink on blisters as it is hard to get all ink print to stick well on foil esp the freshness info printed on each blister, they should be ok though. The sticky tacky residue can be quite annoying though!
