It's really weird people have such different experiences with in-person. I never had luck online so I always go in person. I think I was asked like one time why I was sending $$ and I just said to a friend who is traveling abroad.
I don't use WU regularly though so maybe that makes a difference, I guess if you showed up regularly and were always sending $$ to people in India, Turkey, etc you would probably raise eyebrows.
