Need help with Benzo

I only take X for full-blow panic attacks - otherwise, the rebound effect is worse, you can really tell when it wears off. I feel nothing when I take diazepam - but it keeps the anxiety at bay and lasts way longer. I have a friend that takes 4 or 5 xanax a day - 1 can turn to 5 very quickly - it's the worst benzo for addiction IMO. I have panic disorder though, and when it's BAD and I can't breath through it, I use .5x and it's over in 5 or 10 minutes. Very fast acting.
