There's a british pharmacy that will sell you 2 boxes of Paramol (DHC+tylenol), which apparently even if OTC in Britain, is very rarely in stock, they'll have another brand most often if they do, and they're not as worth it. If you know how to do CWE, it's perfect, unlike Canadian OTC codeine, it's just 500mg tylenol and 7.86mg DHC, a box is 12,they will sell you 2 boxes max at once. But it's very cheap, compared to what people pay in regular pharmacies for the brand name Paramol boxes over there.
With 24 tabs you should be able to have 2 CWE's. They also have Gee's Linctus with 20mg morphine as the sole ingredient for diarrhea but their best bet is the Codeine Linctus, straight up 300mg of codeine syrup, no other active ingredients. It's a very legit, if you know what I mean, although they did not mind sending Paramol to me, although DHC is not legal in Canada, which is stupid, we got things that can kill someone who doesn't know their tolerance (generic oxycontins, they're awesome, but too many time I know of people eating a 40mg when they're good with 20's, or taking 2 20's and then they're sick like dogs, vomiting until all they can vomit is bile. Even know someone who when he was scripted Oxycodone IR (OxyIR) 20mg, went into respiratory depression where they had to keep themselves awake or knew they would not make it if they passed out.
But DHC..omg, so banned. Anyway, I took a tiny risk, they do go by the british laws, only 2 boxes at once and I had to tell them why in a box I wanted to try this product. So far that's my only way of getting DHC, but the 300mg Codeine Linctus is more interesting, you get bronchitis with a lot of painful coughing, you might just get that, a 4oz bottle of codeine syrup, 30mg/5ml or hydrocodone (Hycodan) 5mg/5ml here, no way can we buy a "linctus" with 300mg codeine in it which has got an easy taste too...funny how the codeine and hydrocodone syrups we have here by Rx all taste great, but the dextromethorphan syrups all taste horrible, I've tasted powder DXM HBr and yes, it tastes horrible, like a chewed tylenol and then some, but I don't think chewing Hycodan 5mg pills tasted good either, it was yeesh and there was no reason to.
