Turning the Clock back takes toll on health

No one seems to realize what this does to children too! They strive on schedules and order when young. My kiddo didnt get the memo either and now its bed at an hour later and waking an hour eariler. igh: poor me lol
And we had JUST got her on a sleeping schedule that also involved her sleeping in her own bed..
