Cryptsofeternity I know after reading you many information. Yes I hate to the XL/XL?ER forms that Pharmas and doctors impose . It is hard to find IR forms of Ox especially outside US and most of these do have no action or potential to settle people down so they poison them because one person will get 2 60 mg ER pils to fell like a 20 mg IR pill , so this leads many to the ER with respiratory depression I see it happening. And so many got liver failure because of the APAP forms that it seems like a conspiracy against pain patients. T@lwin is so strange drug it can make you crazy some times especially in high dose few people preffer it over the others ops but also political authorities ban a IR form to throw people on the streets only to find H and Fents and then start overdose . I sont like this but things get harder and harder these days .
