Meds (script or otc) for eczema/diet or supplements?

I second exactly what tovictory says. Cetaphil wash/lotion only. My wife works in dermatology and that's all they recommend. Also agree with the detergents and dryer sheets. I won't use anything with dyes or scents for my baby and NEVER use dryer sheets. Does she wear makeup? That may be another trigger.

There is another lotion her office gives out specifically for eczema called Vanicream. Not sure if it's OTC or not but she got some for my nephew and it worked out well. Good luck!

Shogun,  she does wear makeup but we've done a lot of researching and gotten things that are hypoallergenic. Interestingly, it has only shown up on her forehead recently. I will look up the vanicream and see what is in it. Maybe I can find something similar.
