Bless your heart!! I'm sorry to learn that you have a disability "with no hope of recovery." Yet, in facing that fact, from what I can tell by your comments here, you appear to be coping quite well. One would never guess by your upbeat and positive attitude, that you were dealing with serious medical issues. That speaks volumes about your character and your mindset. I commend you for that!
I won't go into detail in this open forum, but I recently have been "labeled" disabled. I had a few surgeries in 2014 that have left me with constant pelvic and back pain. On top of that, I suffer from Asthma, which came about after working in a Chemical Plant 12 years ago! I have Osteoarthitis in my neck, knees and shoulder that gets quite painful at times, as well.
But, I try to stay away from pain meds and simply try to "suck it up",other than using anti-inflammatories for swelling. Well, enough of all of that, because like many here I could go on for days about my "issues." Again, thank you for you responses to my initial questions. Be Blessed!
