Adderall

Vyvanses active ingredient is lisdexamfetamine where as adderall is a combination of 4 different amphetamine salts. Vyvanse is released in your body over a period of time through the digestive system. It does take longer to take affect (1-2 hrs) but when it does it lasts longer (without the tweaky affect) and a far smoother come down. You can feel it wearing of but it does not leave me with the lingering effects that adderall does. Everyone is different and reacts different to certain meds but for overall focus throughout the day vyvanse is far superior in my opinion even to the adderall extended release. The dosing is not equivalent (20mg of adderall=to about 45 mg of vyvanse roughly). But If I'm just looking for something to last for a short period of time or to pay attention in class I do like adderall as well.
