Yeah, there has been a several year drought going on ....but then it has been broke.
Some say it is like the Mediterranean Climate that has these 7 year cycles and the screws are turning now
But the earthen dam needed upgrades 12 years ago but the state decided to spend all surplus money on the bullet train that was being built....
Oh isnt hindsight so good....
I hope the dam holds .
