Thanks everyone. He is skiing now botheredog, he is having an amazing time and is so full of beans when he calls on a night, i am really proud of him the way he has embraced the adventure. I am fine now and haven't actually needed to use anything at all this week, think it was just the natural nerves before the event and this has been a good thing for me to go through to realise i do have the ability to get on with it. I can't wait to see him on Saturday still though, but that is normal thinking so I'm not giving myself a hard time over it.

Thanks for the mindfulness info, its actually something i looked into previously but will be good to go over it again. So rally appreciate the reminder
