Opinions on weight loss pills

I have had both US phentermine and recently got some from one of our SYs. I just haven't noticed this recent purchase doing much of anything. I have no reason to think it's bunk, very well regarded vendor, so I don't know. I would normally take half a pill of the US kind once or twice a day. I tried half and whole both of Mexican and the Half didn't do anything and the full made me feel bad. I am interested in the sibutramine though.
