Exercise and watching what you eat is the best route. I am not gonna preach to the quior on this topic since I don't practice thoes methods myself. But my spouse has lost over 100lbs in 2 years by living by this method. I am not a large person but over the last 4-5 years I've gotten belly from not following my spouses ways. I used to weigh around 140-150 from around 14 to 23 years old. One day my metabolism just stopped and now in my thirties I weight ranges from 200 to 220. It fluctuates up and down. I wanted to take diet pills but I seen first hand how diet and exercise works. Plus I have genetic high bp. So anything that increases my heart rate is not good for me. I don't even drink caffeine for over 3 years now. If they ever make a diet pill that won't effect my bp I might try it. Not to drastically lose weight since I look filled in now but to get near my target weight. For health reasons. I was extra skinny when I was younger and one would say too skinny. But I was happy at the 190lbs mark. The extra 30-40lbs went to my belly but I am still comfortable. Just don't think it helps my back pain. As far as sourcing them. Almost half the vendors I've ordered from carries some form of weight loss medicine. It's just find one that works for you.
