I recently placed a order with them and will update everyone. Process can be confusing when ordering from different companies on site. PM for details. Like I mentioned before, heard good reviews about some of the company's prod. and not so good from others. Do your homework on the specific author before even thinking of ordering. They have many authors who write the same books. Their Cs department will inform if it is not listed. This is my first order for myself but friends have let me read books they got and I've never had a issue. Hope all is well with everyone!
