It seems that DPM has many loyal followers so, based on my experience I would call them “selective scammers”  I don’t use that term lightly.  I was grossly scammed by DPM, lied to, and a refund was only made after over twenty back-and-forth emails.

I ordered three different products from DPM.  Each one was clearly described on their website and included pictures.  Furthermore, upon emailing before placing the order, I was assured that all three products as described on their website were in stock and the pictures were of the actual products in stock.  

When the order arrived, not one of the products were those that were described and shown on their website.  Instead, the cheapest possible substitutes were shipped, and one of the products ordered “Stilnoct CR 12.5mg” was substituted with “Zolfed:, a known fake Ambien-type product that contains no active ingredients!

Of course I was upset!  When I complained, they requested photographs of what I received, which I provided, and then the back and  forth emails started.  First came promises to prompted remedy the situation, then one excuse after another over a period of weeks explaining that that the order "had to be cleared with higher authorities (whatever that was supposed to mean), and then problems finding a source for the Ambien, claiming that no IOP had any stock (which was not true because I finally ordered and received the Ambien from "Doc" after two weeks of this BS.  And even though they now claimed to be "out of stock", the Ambien liste don thier website could still be placed in an order basket!

I am not one to make unsubstantiated claims but in this case there was absolutely no doubt I was being lied to and a strategy was clearly in place to just wear me down until I would just give up.  I don' like being lied to or cheated so I pursued this on principle.  I work hard for my money as I'm sure most members of this forum do.  There is no worse feeling than being scammed by a slick-talking vendor, and there is no need for it when there are honest and honorable vendors like "Doc".

To be clear, I have no axe to grind here.  I am writing this simply so no one else has to go through what I went through.  I mean, vendors can make mistakes in an order, but 3 out of three items being lowest-possible-quality substitutes, and one of them being a known fake....I mean, come on!  That's my definition of a scam!

I forgot to add, the man I dealt with was Blank who I believe is the owner. I'm not sure who he was referring to as the "higher authority" LOL.
