Seroquel vs Alprazolam for sleep

I take seriquil at night, it works well, but I absolutely hate it if I run out and the pharmacy always seems to have to order it. I get these panic attacks that make it feel like im falling and kinda makes me nauseous. I take 400mg, I suggest if you do take it to keep the dose as low as possible. Im working on reducing my dose and any benzo seems to make those feelings a lot better
