Carfentanil, a drug 100X more powerful than fentanyl

Unfortunately, these fentanyl analogues are extremely easy to synthesize if someone has access to a REAL laboratory and the reagents required are relatively easy to acquire in large quantities. Someone disguising themselves as a legitimate scientist in a lab could potentially make LARGE quantities on the side and no one would know. However, with some of the ingredients being on the DEAs watchlist, they would have to be somewhat careful about what is ordered and the timeframe between orders.

China however...no DEA watchlist for them. I would say the majority is synthesized in China but have never seen the fent. analogues advertised online so I'm ignorant about that aspect.
