For me side effects of sero were too much to handle. However I started realizing with alpras I was acting and behaving like a huge jerk. Ambie made me a zombie I made macaroni one night had no recollection I woke up covered in cheese and noodles LOL. I think this might be my own odd body chemistry because I know alot of others that have no problems or at least nothing this severe... I now use melatonin but not daily, and sometimes benadryl.
