Another Airlines Incident, This Time American Airlines

I traveled a lot in the last 15 years for work and found American Airlines to be the rudest. Of course there are exceptions but overall AA and United/Continental IMO were the worst.
JetBlue & Southwest are my preferred airlines due to perks & friendliness,
