Nationwide is one of the good ones from the input from my dog groups. USAA also has a good plan and a discount for existing USAA insured. There is another that I have heard is the best of the best - I think it's called Embrace but I'll verify and let you know.

USAA uses Embrace, and as you mentioned, is offered at a discount to members of USAA
