I was using MG all the time with no problems. Now all of a sudden they want to freeze my transaction and have me call a special telephone number to continue my transaction. A person claiming to be a supervisor ask a whole bunch of dumb ass questions. Who are you sending money to? Are you related to this person? What are the funds for? It's so stupid. None of your business is the real answer to all of their questions. I use WU now and no problems so far. It's hard for me to get to a store w/ MG & WU so I have to go online. I'm clueless about Bitcoins. I guess it's time for me to learn about & get familiar with Bitcoins.

I am new to MG and WU but this was my exact experience with MG.  A few transactions worked fine, but then suddenly with 10 questions, then raised to a supervisor who wants to know how good of friends we are and if they are the god child of one of my grandchildren so I an trust them
