If the fine is 2.7 Billion dollars, how much did google make doing this? Must be a lot cuz i got their ads based on what i read. went to a womens clothing store. then, a store in a weird locale wanted all info from me. sent clothing made in a foreign country. took weeks. was crap. so, google did peddle its own brand of crapola. that i know.
