Panic attacks and alcohol

So an update - I ran out of Valium a week ago, and this week I start getting the panic and alcohol urges again for the first time

I only had small doses of Valium - two lots of 28 5mg but what a difference it made to me.

I need to sort out a proper course of this stuff but am surprised at how effective the meds are without any particular side effects or noticeable impact...
