You know what I find helps a lot with mine is self care. Making sure I take time out from the TV social media and electronic devices. To read a book or relax with the bath or Journal that helps quite a bit. I know it affects everybody differently but that's what helps with me just in case you hadn't thought of any of those things. I also go to talk therapy have you tried that?
