I don't have private messages yet.  So couldn't answer you. But it varies depending on what magazines and certain requests. I would ask your question to Mac directly. Some people have mentioned pics. Not sure if that's a still an option but Doesnt hurt to ask

Cheers - no worries. I don't like hassling people directly if things are all in hand. First time purchase and already lost out due to being scammed (not by Macro) so just a bit twitchy!

You're in good hands. Mac will do anything to make us happy. The only issues come with transit and all that. One time Mac had my mags ready in what seemed like ten minutes then they sat for a week and a half but so did some reading material from someone else in the same area. Not macs fault. Even after an LL on a non guaranteed magazine Mac helped me out.
