Nevada has a distribution issue because only liquor dealers can distribute legal MJ now and they are going to expand it. Vermont is on board but they want to be certain there are safeguards against use by minors and for operating a vehicle under the influence. With the entire west coast, NV Colorado and now Massachusetts and soon to be Vermont it's only a matter of time until the dominoes fall and most of the country adopts it. Congress needs to respond to the will of the people, and allow responsible adult use.
