I used this many years ago it and got me to sleep every time but I have not seen or hears of it being used. I had seen it on a couple of sites some time back but for
really steep prices. i never took it every night but if I just couldn't get to sleep it was my go to help it was great. I travel sometimes, very long flights, intercontinental like 12 plus hours don't think I should say where but it is, am I allowed to say? Anyway suffice to say it's far. The crew feeds you about an hour after take off and then they try to darken the cabin and get everyone to sleep about 2- 2 1/2 hours into the flight they feed you again about 7 hours later then the flight is almost over and you land. I am going again in a few months and I really wish I could find a good sedative hypnotic like Halcion.
