Off subject, but I have to apologize for all the typos. I usually view this board on my iPad and the auto correct is so bad. Also, an issue I am having, and it may be due to using an iPad, is that I type fast and the system can't seem to keep up. It is so slow! It will also back up and erase sentences that I have written and then I spend a lot of time tying to get it to freeze/stop and re-type what I originally wrote, which is really annoying. I'll have to shoot someone on the tech thread a note to see what could be going on. I just wanted to explain all the typos and why some of my sentences make no sense. Even though I often misspell words (due to relying too much on spell check and old age), I have 4 degrees, so it's pretty embarrassing when I proof a reply and still don't catch the mistakes.
So, just in case any of you were wondering what I was writing about or what a sentence meant, now you know why.
Glad to hear we enjoy the same shows. Now, I'll have someone to discuss them with, as I don't know anyone who watches a lot of the shows we have talked about, or anyone who watches as much TV as I do. Happy to have a kindred spirit. So, The Leftovers. Good show (so far)?
So my favorite part of Better Call Saul (aside from his crazy brother) is what we learn about Mike and how he came into Jimmy's life. The background and insight does clear up some questions I had during BB. also, I love the fact that Jimmy is an underdog (compared to his successful brother) and yet he keeps at it, no matter how bad life can get. That's a great message for us all. Wasn't Bryan Cranston/Walter White suppose to make an appearance last season, or is that next season? That should be interesting. I love that they brought so many characters from BB back.
As for Rectify, critically it was a hit, but I agree that because it was on Sundance a lot of people didn't know about it. That's really too bad. Those cast was spectacular, as was the writing, and I think Aden Young deserved an Emmy or GG for his performance. He was absolutely outstanding in the role, and without giving away any final season spoilers, he knocked it out of the ballpark. He must have to go someplace very dark to portray such a complex character.
So, just in case any of you were wondering what I was writing about or what a sentence meant, now you know why.

Loved Rectify although I have the final season saved to watch. I think it was too slow for a lot of people and also on Sundance which a lot of people either don't get or overlook.

LOVE Fargo but we switched from TW to Google Fiber so lost a ton of stuff on our DVR and On Demand hasn't caught up yet so we are behind by about 4 episodes until On Demand catches up.
For the Breaking Bad fans who are skeptical about Better Call Saul, don't be - it's great!! So much background and insight, they have done a wonderful job IMO.
