I'll take this moment to remind our members here that my experiences may be different given my long history with this vendor, and the high value transactions we engage in.
Regardless, I am currently resting on the impression that DPM has had a staffing cut due to decreased sales over the last year and a half (Could I be so arrogant to take single handed responsibility for that, hehe?).
I agree with Charon, in the past, DPM was burned hard by members on this forum, and perhaps my experiences are not a fair indicator of what anew client may encounter.
