Yes the exercise does help the body sleep I think too jihnw4.
one time I did a walking 3-4 times a week for an hour or so and I lost some weight , oh along with modifying my diet too, like I quit soft drinks.
Jeez sometimes I think drinking pop made me want to eat more.
But I love a good Coke with pizza.....that was hard to stop drinking pop with. but I did it over a couple months .
It ended when I thought I would splurge and drink a Coke with a meal, rolls eyes.
But doing that with an aid would prolly do a miracle...of sorts, ya know !
