Good morning. Hope you will be enjoying Labor day today. My family is coming over and I'll be cooking up some fried chicken for chicken parmesan with penne, Italian bread and a nice big Italian salad. Other than that, I will be watching the wind blow in my backyard, so to speak, with a glass of wine or two.

Catch you all later, and if any of you are in the Jersey area, come on over for dinner. I'll have a plate waiting for you.

Hope all goes just like you plan….oh I also would not mind joining you to watch the wind blow, but I want to watch the grass grow…….do you think that would be ok, oh of course you would have to share your wine too or I could bring something for thirstiness ….

Hi Fire, yes my visit was a success and they are doing ok, so the worst thing is that going through one city on the interstate someone almost hit me and it was very un-nerving to me ….as i am sure you can relate to.
