But these companies do not have the challenges of MacroMass which we are all aware of when we place an order. When I first started business with Macro i was all like, Where's my order, Where's my tracking, and What's happening with my order. But after over a year of dealing with Macro, I am completely anxiety free. You will get EXACTLY what you order, always. And every order has been delivered. After I place an order I get screwy tracking, sometimes no tracking, tracking before customs but not after, tracking after customs but not before. I find it works best after I place an order, is to just forget about it for four weeks and not drive myself nuts about it. After all, it's not Amazon.
Wise words right there! This is my first time ordering from MM - after reading through all the overwhelmingly positive reviews here I decided to take the plunge and make an order. Trying not to be too impatient because MM has been fantastic with regards to the efficiency and speed in his contact with me with regards to any queries I've had. Order sent on the 4th I think so I'm just going to follow the advice in this post and wait a month for it to get here. Tracking came up on the 8th and said its in PH preparing the departure on the ninth so hopefully won't be too much longer
You are in safe Pajamas my friend. Don't worry. Its sent and should be there soon.
Safe Pajamas haha, never heard that phrase before! I may have to steal it from you and start using it
Don't worry I have full and genuine faith in you as a legitimate vendor, plus thankfully there is no hurry right now for anything to arrive as I always try to be sensibly stocked up as is reasonably possible so that panic doesn't ensue.
Nothing worse than realising you only have 1 or 2 of something left and little time/options to change that! I think it is sensible for anyone who orders from MM and similar sites to always ensure their own stock never gets too low. Though I'm sure we all know this anyway
