Good Morning Everyone , friends and readers…
Zander funny, on the other hand…ha….. Good to get going is right as I always try and sleep in on week ends because I am up like a clock at 5:15 AM M-F
Harley I have to laugh reading the last part of your post, pigeon food…I am glad you are getting a lot done. That in itself make a person feel good .

IceWizard I hope you have a great day . Do you hit the hay early in a routine so that you naturally wake up as early? I know what you mean about the early morning being so quiet and well just relaxing and peaceful. I like that a lot too.
I think I am going to try and get to sleep earlier…as a habit not as something that happens once in a blue moon.
Was watching a health show on the TV and they were saying how important it is to get 7-8 hours sleep for the health of the body …soooo
Again thank you everyone that has mentioned a kind word or two to me about my friend passing away. Tomorrow I am going to pay last respects.
It is 55 this morning and the feels like fall has arrived.
