Never put yourself in this situation. Most of the people here order more before they run out..and allow for delays or a long shipment. Im sorry you're dealing with this..but maybe go to a local doctor and explain the situation you're in?
OR, you could order from a local place(assuming you're in the US). There are vendors that can get you an order in a few days. Granted, you'll pay for it. We aren't able to discuss us vendors tho..all I can say is check out the SY section.
