There is a huge difference between Methadone/suboxone therapy and street use. Methadone treatment, when followed correctly, can lead someone to have a productive life, they will not get high off either of the above drugs. I have been on both but prefer Methadone as it is a better pain reliever than suboxone. People that continue drug use while on methadone will not be helped by it.
