I accept that the holidays for me are mostly about the next generation which I have no problem with-get along better with the children than their parents mostly because until a certain age they either can't see anxiety/depression or they do not hold it against you. Mentally gearing up for the killer set xmas/new years-might ignore both this year because my neck hurts too much.
Yeah-day by day is all we can do most of the time and some days are better than others.
