I love buildings like this, reminds me of a tower thats a bit similar in Rotterdam though the restaurant on that one is half way down not on top, not sure I would enjoy eating in the Seattle one with the glass platform floor.
I think there are a few similar in Europe, think Brussels and a German city that I cannot remember have one, there is also a mini version on a motorway near Liverpool I think, though it may have been demolished but not 100% on that, I much prefer these types of buildings than a lot of the modern skyscrapers that all look the same to me, a lot of cities are getting to be identical in some ways these days.
An article about Seattle that doesn't mention Kurt Cobain or Nirvana, that's a rarity nowadays.
