Hello my .org family, I'm posting this to keep everyone updated as usual. I made a new order today with DPM, and I gotta admit they have the most friendly customer service support team that I've ever dealt with in my experiences with iop's. I was having a hard time getting a response after sending an email ..but then again maybe my anxiety was just kicking in and I was getting anxious. Well I called their super convenient 800# that is posted on there website and the guy answered rite away. I explained to him my situation and gave him my order and he put it through ASAP. And when I say ASAP ..I mean ASAP! My order was processed in less than an hour.
I can't wait to receive my order and give everyone my feedback. I just put the order in so I can't give u any feedback on the quality yet. But what I can give u feedback on is their customer service. They helped me sooo much today and SUPER fast!

I will definitely be back! And I look forward to long-term business with DPM. They're so friendly and helpful how could I not keep the business flowing. U know the old saying "when u find something good, u keep it", and I DEFINITELY feel like I've struck gold with DPM!
When I receive I will be sure to let everyone know how the quality is and if his packaging improved.
