My question is, after the initial stimulating affect of tramadol, does one feel down the next day if one does not re-dose? It's been so long since I had a tramadol script after breaking my arm that I find it hard to remember. But I do remember that for a period of six months, it was the "healthiest happy". In that, I didn't feel any of those peaks and valleys, just very consistently enthused.
