Every time snow hits ATL its a freaking mad house. A few years ago ppl got stuck in their cars on the side of the road for 8-12 hours. School kids got snowed in with no blankets. If i'm not mistaken they had to call in the Army National Guard to get gear to the kids. The Governor told everyone to leave their cars on the side of the highway and get home... Then the state started to tow any vehicles on the side of the road.
